About Us
David Dean is the third generation of house builders. He left the family business to start up on his own at the age of 25. Since then he has built many houses with the same attention to detail and personal touch as he did with his first house. He has also helped many people gain housing permission on their own land. His good family name and well-earned reputation has led to many successful individual homes.
Our bespoke service has led to many repeat clients. The success of our business has been reliant upon previous client’s recommendations. We use the same select team of professionals to help create beautiful homes for our clients. We feel it’s important to have a reliable team to provide that little bit extra individuality. Some of our team have retired and their children have taken their place in the team. We now have the added knowledge from brothers Mark and Lee Dean.
In 1995 a new side of the business emerged. David helped people gain planning permission on their own land. We have had so many successful partnerships built upon recommendation. This is a part of the business that David particularly enjoys.
